Thai_Green_Curry_Close_UpThe Grand Hotel, Fermoy is renowned for it’s outstanding food.  Our Head Chef, Ruwane Dias, who has many years experience working at the top end of the market. He favours the use of fresh seasonal ingredients from the locality of North Cork and promises to bring new flavours & menus to the hotel in the coming months.  

The Grand Hotel’s signature dishes are our steaks which are prime Irish, centre cut fillets, sirloins, rib-eyes and t-bones.  They are all hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.

The Weir Restaurant is elegant and contemporary in style and offers a la carte dining and a table d’hote menu every evening.  Bookings are advisable for group and individual bookings.  Parties of ten plus can avail of our private party menus which range from €22.95 to €32.95 per person.chocolate cake  Bookings are currently being taken for Confirmation and First Communion celebrations.  

The Bar is an ideal place to catch up and chill out.  Carvery lunch is served daily and an extensive a la carte menu is available from 3pm to 9pm. Our popular Sunday Lunch menu is served from 12 noon to 3pm.

"Stayed two nights recently as I was in Fermoy for a family reunion. Really enjoyed the Grand Hotel. The food was excellent and the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms have recently undergone a face lift and they are now fresh and modern. The ground floor is fabulous, what a change from the last time we were there. Great central location and definitely value for money."
